REGIONAL TRAINING: “PREPARATION OF URBAN MOBILITY AND SUSTAINABLE TRANSPORT PROJECTS”
The training presented in a systematic way on how transport can contribute to global agendas and implications. It sought to address how to prepare urban mobility and sustainable transport projects through innovative approaches. The training focused on the importance of the role of economic evaluations, outlining guidelines to identify risks and maximizing the role of the private sector. It also presented how institutional analysis should be carried out for this type of projects.
The training was organized by the Initiative for the Transformative Urban Mobility (TUMI), the Partnership for Sustainable Carbon Transport (SLoCaT) and Despacio.org, in collaboration with ECLAC.
